Constance Baltuck Hartle and I will have a new show at The Canvas Gallery, 223 Seward St. Juneau,
AK 99801 (907) 586-1750.  Our opening reception will be on the First
Friday of April, April 3, 2009 from 4:30 – 7:30.  We will have music,
refreshments and would love to see all our friends there. 

The theme of this show is figures.  Constance and I practice life drawing to work on our skills drawing the human figure.  While life drawing traditionally involves nude models, we also wanted to give ourselves permission to really focus on the figure in general.  These paintings are based on friends, family members, and neighbors in various settings.
